What happens if I exceed my storage or bandwidth?
You can purchase additional storage and bandwidth at overage rates, or upgrade to a higher plan. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits.
How does the revenue share work?
You keep 80% of revenue generated from your content. Revenue is calculated based on minutes streamed and distributed proportionally across all titles in the revenue pool.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your content will remain available until the end of your billing period. After that, streaming will be disabled but your files will be preserved for 30 days.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept ProRes, DNxHD, H.264, and H.265 video files up to 4K resolution. Captions should be in SRT or VTT format. See our documentation for full technical specifications.
