2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Rights and Licensing

By uploading content to our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to the content
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• You have obtained all necessary releases from individuals appearing in your content
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, transcode, and distribute your content through our platform and partner services.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, distribute, or otherwise make available any content that:

• Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Revenue Sharing

Revenue generated from your content will be shared according to the Distribution Agreement. Payouts are subject to minimum thresholds and verification requirements.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Content may be retained for legal or operational purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform and its affiliates from any claims arising from your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
